Un dramma figlio del più grande disagio dei nostri tempi.
Povertà e solitudine quelle che pare regnassero nell’appartamento di via delle belle arti 67 dove nella giornata di ieri sono state trovate morte due persone, madre di 73 anni e figlio di 53 anni.
Il decesso pare risalire a 4/5 giorni fa, tanto il tempo passato prima che ci si accorgesse della loro tragica fine resa ormai evidente dal cattivo odore , proveniente dalla villetta, sprigionatosi dai corpi ormai in decomposizione a causa delle elevate temperature di questi giorni.
Ai carabinieri della locale compagnia il compito di fare chiarezza sull’accaduto, che di fatto accendere i riflettori su un caso, l’ennesimo grave episodio di isolamento.
Un nucleo familiare, composto da genitori e due figli, che, pare avesse rotto i rapporti con il resto dei familiari e che vedeva troppo spesso il padre ed uno dei due figli allontanarsi dalla città per raggiungere e curare il podere di campagna .
Ed è per questo che per 4/5 lunghi giorni, nessuno si è accorto della loro assenza, in molti tra i vicini, hanno raccontato che li si vedeva uscire di rado, dicono perché madre e figlio, si vergognassero anche dei loro indumenti.
In molti raccontano dell’estrema povertà in cui vivevano ed i diversi episodi in cui avrebbero visto la donna rovistare tra i rifiuti in cerca di cibo.
Intanto, i carabinieri continuano ad ascoltare, vicini, familiari e conoscenti della famiglia , mentre i corpi di madre e figlio lasciano per l’ultima volta il civico 67 , tra l’incredulità e lo sconcerto della comunità barlettana.
Mother and son found dead: loneliness’ dramatic consequences.
A tragedy caused by one of the biggest problems of nowadays society.
It seems that misery and loneliness were ruling in the flat situated in Via delle Belle Arti 67, where two people, mother and son (73 and 53 years old) were found dead yesterday morning.
They were found only 4 or 5 days after their tragic death, due to the bad smell of their bodies coming from the building, which started decomposing because of the recent high temperatures.
The local carabinieri have the task of understanding what happened, which makes think about another serious isolation episode.
It seems that the family, consisting of parents and two sons, had cut off all relations with the rest of their relatives; moreover the father and one of the sons often left the city in order to take care of their country estate. This explains why for such a long time no one noticed their absence.
Even the neighbours said that they were rarely seen outside, probably because both mother and son were even ashamed of their clothes.
Everyone talks about the extreme poverty in which they were living: in many episodes the woman was seen looking for some food in the trash.
While mother and son are leaving their house for the last time, between the community’s disbelief and astonishment, the carabinieri keep investigating and listening to neighbours, relatives and family acquaintances.
